Congratulations to Ozzie Yusuf on passing the BPCA Diploma pt. 2 and to Rafal Koziara and Arek Cujkowski who both passed the RSPH / BPCA (Level 2). Rafal Brymer attained the Network Avishock Bird Training Certificate. And Colin Sexton has been certified in Safe Use of Pesticides by Kilgerm Chemicals.

The certificates were handed out at Beaver Pest Control's Head Office in London at the AGM. The main topic of the speeches were with regards to the difficult economic climate. The company has, however, performed strongly over the last year and it was commonly agreed that this was due to exceptional efforts from all members of staff.

Annual awards were presented at the AGM to the top performers of the year: Ventislav Milev won both the 'Manager's Technician' of the year and was also voted by staff as the 'Employees Technician' of the year. Pauline Phillpot was voted 'Administrator' of the year and Rafal Brymer was voted as 'Surveyor' of the year. Congratulations was bestowed upon all of the winners, but many of the awards were hard fought for and therefore all staff were commended on their sterling efforts.
