If you choose to have a contract Beaver Pest Control will visit your premises regularly, usually eight times per year. We will check for pests and administer treatment accordingly; insect traps and detector baits will be located to provide an early warning system against infestation. We aim to spot the problem and deal with it before you even realise there are pests.

According to the contract, free emergency visits will be included in case of pest occurrences between our routine visits.

A comprehensive report folder will be left at each of your sites for you to check our services and show to the environmental health officer. Written reports, risk assessments and COSHH details will appear in the folder. Written advice and recommendations will also be offered to help you maintain a safe and pest free environment.
